Schedule a Donation.

Donations can be scheduled or spontaneous.

Pull up to one of our 15-minute spots and enter through our Broadway Doors. Ring the doorbell on your left to let us know you’re here.

We have a few quick-guidelines to ensure we offer the best experience:

  • Cleanliness: Wash or wipe down all items before drop-off. Do not donate items with mold, strong smoke odors, pet hair, or visible dirt.

  • Clothing: Must be free of tears, major stains, holes, or worn-out fabric. Underwear and socks are typically not accepted.

  • Housewares: Dishes and cookware must not be chipped, cracked, or severely rusted.

We do not accept:

  • Mattresses and box springs: Rejected for hygiene reasons and strict resale regulations.

  • Baby gear and car seats: Refused because safety rules change and recalled items pose risks.

  • Large appliances: Stoves, refrigerators, and washers are too hard to test and store.

  • Old tube (CRT) TVs

Outdated analog or heavy box-style screens are not accepted.

  • Hazardous materials: Paint, chemicals, and propane tanks are dangerous fire or health risks.

  • Building materials: Sinks, toilets, carpet, and lumber are too bulky and unsellable.

  • Weapons and guns: Firearms, ammunition, and realistic replicas are strictly banned.

  • Opened cosmetics: Used or expired makeup and skincare can carry bacteria.

  • Wet or moldy items: Damaged textiles spread mold and ruin other donations.

  • Large exercise equipment: Bulky items like old treadmills or heavy weight sets.

  • Pianos and organs: Too large, heavy, and difficult for store to house.
